Zeta Tau Alpha’s annual male-talent show Big Man on Campus set off with a bang this year! The event was held on October 28th at 7:30 pm in the Decker Theater, to raise money for the Zeta Tau Alpha foundation and promote breast cancer awareness. This year’s competition featured 11 competitors. The lineup included sophomores Stephen Hook, Patrick Downes, and Hunter Frederick; juniors Jay Dadhania and Jacob Lafferty; and seniors Omari Watkins, David White, Dylan Snow, Jastin Garcia-Mendoza, Alex Wilsey, and Adam Brown. Each contestant had a ZTA sister as a sponsor and ZTA sisters seniors Julia Totis and Cia Tiu hosted the event. Each contestant had a chance to show off a talent and was asked questions by the judges, such as, “If you wrote a song, what would the genre be and what would it be called?” A variety of talents were showcased such as singing, dancing, playing the guitar, magic, or leading an exercise routine. Audience members even gave a standing ovation on more than one occasion, being flabbergasted by the incredible amount of heart, passion, and devotion by the sorority. The sorority was able to raise over $3,000.

During the talent portion of the event, contestants showcased their skills. This photo features a Kappa Sigma brother David White playing on his guitar.

Judges asked contestants fun questions to get to know more about them. The judges were made up of the presidents from each campus sorority, Asia Webb from Alpha Chi Omega, Alexandra Solano Gaunte from Alpha Omicron Pi, Kayleigh Maimone from Zeta Tau Alpha, with special guest Alumni and Director of Student Engagement Antoine Jordan.
