U.S. Navy’s “Electric Brigade” Band Concert

A free outdoor concert by the “Electric Brigade,” the U.S. Navy’s popular music ensemble, opened a new season of music at Washington College. The College provided free lemonade, popcorn and Rita’s Water Ice to attendees.
