Each year before the close of the spring semester, the Rose O'Neill Literary House hosts the Senior Reading so that graduating seniors may present a piece that they have written during their time at Washington College. This year’s event was held on Tuesday, April 23rd at 6:00 p.m. Eleven seniors chose to read their work: Colleen Pogue, Sophie Foster, Vee Sharp, Rae Merson, Liv Barry, Delaney Runge, Joshua Torrence, Grace Apostol, Dante Chavez, and Giancarlo Chelotti. Each senior shared one or two pieces depending on length in order to show off some of the work done during their studies. Following the reading, the Lit House’s creative writing prize winners were announced.
