May Day Rock Ensemble
Performing for a small crowd in Decker Theatre, The Washington College May Day Rock Ensemble took part in the annual Spring Concert on campus. The video has been recorded and uploaded to the Washington College Music Department Youtube channel for student enjoyment. The band featured Annie Javitt on keyboard, Danny Palmatary on electric guitar, Berkleigh Fadden singing vocals, Maggie Poppiti on the bass, Chris Summers as the sound engineer, and the director Ken Schweitzer on the drums. The band played songs such as Hush by Deep Purple, Piece of Mind by Boston, Alone by Heart, Hold the Line by Toto, Carry on (Wayward Son) by Kansas, and others. The performance was a one part of many for the spring concert and was a huge success. Members of the band were clearly into the music and showed it on stage.
