Middle Hall Haunted House
Once a year the crew over at Middle Hall, the arts dorm on campus, gather together under the guidance of their House Council to put together a themed Haunted House. This year’s themes were American Horror Story, The Walking Dead, classic black and white horror films, exorcism, and Stephen King.

Middleites started setting up the Haunted House at 5pm on Friday, but weeks and weeks of work go into preparation.
Andrew Huelskoetter places a red gel over the overhead lights in the stairwell to give the space an eerie glow.
All of the fake blood used in the Haunted House is made out of red food coloring and dish soap, over 10 gallons of blood was used for the whole house!

Nicole Capobianco, president of Middle Hall House Council, assists Kristen Barnes with her zombie makeup. Tissue paper was used underneath foundation to give the zombies a peeling-skin effect.

The Stephen King floor featured the most characters out of any floor, including details from IT, Carrie, and The Shining.
