Michael Dumanis Talk

Associate Director of the Literary House Dr. James Allen Hall introduced Michael Dumanis.

Dr. Hall and Dumanis fielded and answered questions from the audience, respectively.

On Wednesday, March 27th at 6:00 p.m. Michael Dumanis came to read from his new poetry book, Creature. Dumanis is a poet and professor at Bennington College. Additionally, he is the Editor of the Bennington Review, the literary journal at Bennington. At the event, Dumaic read his work and also explained where the inspiration for each poem came from within his life. The reading was lively and ended with a chance for questions from the audience. Following the reading, books and broadsides were available for purchase to be signed by Dumanis.
