Men’s Soccer
This was most certainly a year of transition for the Men’s Soccer team. Players needed to adjust to a new coaching staff, a new training system, and a new style of play. For the most part, they adjusted very well. The team won more games than they have in several years and built a solid foundation for future growth. Justin Geho led the team in scoring and did it from a defensive position. He was immensely important to the team. Tyler Cabot played every minute of every game in goal and was the team’s most valuable player. There were also major contributions from freshmen Jack Butler and Yaron Greenberg, who should provide a solid defensive partnership for the next three years.
Tim Marcin was named Washington College men’s soccer team’s representative on the Centennial Conference All-Sportsmanship Team for fall sports.
