On October 29, 2018 Kevin Jin had his Senior recital in Hotchkiss Recital Hall. Kevin Jin’s SCE demonstrated his skills with the traditional and electronic saxophone. He played a total of 5 pieces. These pieces included Fantasie for Saprano by Denis Bedard, Sonata Opus 19by Paul Creston, Scaramouche suite pour saxophone & orchestra by Darius Milhard, an original piece, entitled The World, and finally Premier Quatuor, by Jean-Baptiste Singelee which he played in a quartet.
Kevin Jin is currently a music major at Washington College. He has focused most of his training on classical and jazz saxophone performance and eventually began to explore the electric-acoustic style. The recital truly demonstrated his hard work and talent in a truly unique SCE.
