On Thursday, November 13, Washington College’s Health Occupations Students of America  hosted a blood drive for students, staff and locals who live in Chestertown to come and donate blood in The Goosenest from 11:00 a.m. to 4:30pm. Blood scarcity is a serious medical crisis, so this event was a good way to give back to the community and get some snacks and drinks after! The blood drive happens at least once per semester, so there is always an opportunity to give back.
