People spray packets of powder onto someone’s hair.

The Student Events Board partnered with the Asian Cultural Club to bring the Holi Festival to Washington College. There, food was provided and white shirts were handed out. Which, people were given packets of different colored powders and were told to sprinkle the packets onto other people’s clothes. Water guns were also provided and people sprayed water onto others, too. The event was held on Friday, March 21st, from 4 to 6 pm right outside on the Hodson green.
