Haunted Histories with the Starr Center

The Customs House invites students to share in the fun of the spooky season.

On Friday, October 20th, the Starr Center hosted its Haunted Histories Night. Activities included a scavenger hunt, a costume contest, trivia, and apple dipping. For the scavenger hunt, students searched the haunted basement and attic for five skulls, telling the history of the Chestertown area. Students then had to recall this information at trivia. Music, dim lighting, and overall decor added to the ambiance of the event. Upon leaving the house, students received gift bags full of candy and favors, and were allowed to keep the small crowns they were given upon entry.
