To celebrate their hard work and the end of the year, Washington College seniors who were English majors presented their Senior Capstone Experience. An experience of which, involves writing a twenty-five to thirty page paper on a book of their choosing. Some chose books such as Pride and Prejudice, others books such as Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. All of them had to give a presentation in a two to three-minute time period. The presenters had slides on a PowerPoint in order to showcase their work and discuss the research process, their claims, and the making of their essays. The event was hosted at the Rose O’Neil Literary House on April 24th from 4:30 to 5:30 pm and snacks were provided.
