On Wednesday, October 24, 2018, Dr. Bill Schindler held a lecture “Eating Like Humans’ in the Litrenta lecture hall of Toll. In this talk Dr. Schindler discussed the evolution of human consumption and nutrition. More specifically, he spoke about how this evolution has shaped the way people live and eat now. Dr. Schindler discussed the consequences of the modern human diet on our development, while disproving common misconceptions about what is real food.
