The workshopping continues!

Incoming 2023-2024 Editor-in-Chief Lucy Verlaque ‘25 gives a thumbs up.

Washington College’s literary magazine, Collegian, opened for submissions March 8th to March 22nd for its last round of publications. On March 5th at 6:00 p.m., three days before, Collegian hosted a writing workshop to help students located in the Publications House. Students emailed Collegian their work and everything from poetry, to fiction, to historical fiction was accepted. Snacks were provided, with the editorial staff introducing themselves and giving advice for what the creative magazine specifically would look for if students were to improve their work.
