Club Fair

September 10th, 2022

Students head over to Martha Washington Square to learn about and possibly sign up for clubs.

Student Government Association President Alex May speaking with students interested in Senate.

On September 10th, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., club members gathered together in Martha Washington Square to introduce first-year students to the variety of student-run organizations Washington College has to offer. Organizations included EROS, SAGE, the Students Events Board, Equestrian Club, Writer’s Union, The Elm, Greek Life, and more. Clubs got as many as over eighty sign-ups, with Writer’s Union having the most members since pre-pandemic, EROS and SAGE being active for the first time in years. Students had a lot of fun, getting stickers, pens, donuts, ice cream, and even frisbees!

The Alpha Chi Omega table decorated with sorority mementos as well as donuts for students to enjoy while chatting with sisters.
