Alpha Chi Omega hosted their annual Walk-A-Mile event on Saturday, April 29th. The philanthropy event was in support of For All Seasons, a local rape crisis center which services Maryland’s eastern shore. The event, which usually happens outside, started inside the Toll atrium due to weather concerns and was all decked out in teal. Teal is the color representative of sexual assault awareness month which is in April. The sisters of AXO donned heels and asked all attendees to do the same while walking a mile around campus to understand the struggles survivors face day to day.
Eventgoers joined sisters to walk a mile around the Washington College campus.
The walk started at Toll Science Center.
